Interface ScheduleUpgradeOptions

Options for upgrading the bridge contract to a new WASM implementation via OnboardingBridgeSDK.upgrade.

Admin only. The new WASM hash must already be uploaded to the network with stellar contract install. All instance storage (admin, fees, etc.) is preserved across the upgrade.
